In accordance with Texas Government Code Sec 551.045, the notice of a meeting to deliberate or take action on matters related to an emergency or urgent public necessity, is sufficient if posted for at least one hour before the meeting is convened. An emergency or urgent public necessity exists because immediate action is required of the Board in response to flooding of District facilities, caused by a Winter storm.
