About Lisa Velazquez

Lisa graduated from Texas A&M Central Texas with a Bachelor's of Arts in English and a minor in History, and she earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.

 

Lisa is in her twelfth year in education. She has taught mainly grades 3rd-6th. Lisa taught middle school intervention for four years. She has a passion for reading and instilling a love of literacy in children. She is looking forward to teaching Intervention, Gifted and Talented, Digital Literacy, and Library Lessons this year at Moody Elementary School.
